Senior Finance, Personnel and Corporate Affairs Officer (Permanent – Full-time)

The Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission is a statutory body with a wide range of functions relating to the promotion and protection of human rights.

Applications are invited for the following permanent, full-time post:

Senior Finance, Personnel and Corporate Affairs Officer (Permanent – Full-time)

Salary - £39,748-£42,639 per year (under review).

The post holder will have responsibility for the Commission’s financial accounting and ensuring that all relevant statutory and regulatory responsibilities are met. The role will support the Director (Finance, Personnel and Corporate Affairs) in challenging existing arrangements and leading and driving reform across financial management, whilst ensuring the Commission delivers its priorities within budget. Although predominantly a finance related role, the post holder will also support the Director in other areas, including human resources, business continuity and contingency planning, health and safety and risk management.
