Table of EU Directives which underpin the Rights, Safeguards and Equality of Opportunity Provisions included in the Chapter of the Belfast (‘Good Friday’) Agreement of the same name and Implementing Domestic Legislation

This table sets out the EU Directives which the Commissions have identified to date as falling within the scope of the UK Government’s commitment under Article 2(1) of the Ireland/Northern Ireland Protocol, together with the associated underpinning domestic legislation that has transposed each EU Directive into law in Northern Ireland.
