Chief Commissioner delivers annual Stephen Livingstone lecture

The Chief Commissioner for Human Rights in Northern Ireland will deliver the Stephen Livingstone Lecture at Queens University Belfast tonight. In his first public speech since taking up office’ Professor O’Flaherty will state that poverty is one of the most pressing human rights concerns facing Northern Ireland.
