The Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission launched the first of its Annual Statements on human rights in Northern Ireland at the Long Gallery’ Stormont on International Human Rights Day 10 December 2012. The Statement was presented to OFMdFM Junior Minister Jonathan Bell MLA and Junior Minister Jennifer McCann MLA.
