Invitation to Tender- Short Films

The Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission is seeking to raise awareness of human rights and to ensure greater accessibility to the public through its website and social networking sites. The Commission has committed in its Equality Action plan to improving the accessibility of its services. The Commission is seeking to develop a range of materials to assist in this process.
The successful contractor will be required to:
• Research, and produce four high quality short films of approximately (4-6 minute duration each) to include:
1. Homelessness in Northern Ireland
2. Human rights issues day to day in your community
3. The Story of the Filipino Fishermen
4. Participation of persons with a disability in society
The deadline for completed tenders is 12pm on Friday 15 January 2016
