The response of National Human Rights Institutions to the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Report on the Strengthening of the Human Rights Treaty Body System.
Following a meeting of the National Human Rights Institutions in Belfast on 31 July 2012’ hosted by the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission’ the International Coordinating Committee of National Institutions for the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights has adopted the following Belfast Statement:
