IHREC, ECNI and NIHRC Joint Annual Report on the implementation of Article 2 of the Ireland/Northern Ireland Protocol

This report provides an overview of the joint work of the Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission, Equality Commission for Northern Ireland, and Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission in relation to providing oversight of, and reporting on, rights and equalities issues falling within the scope of the Article 2 of the Ireland/Northern Ireland Protocol to the UK-EU Withdrawal Agreement that have an island of Ireland dimension. It details the joint work of the three Commissions including on research and engagement with Government, legislatures and civil society. The report covers the period January 2021-September 2022.
