The Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission has provided two previous submissions to the Committee of Ministers since the now NI Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Act 2023 was introduced to UK Parliament. The proposed response seeks to provide an update to the Committee of Ministers of the Commission’s advice in light of the enactment of the 2023 Act.
