NIHRC Submission to UNCRC Committee

As part of the NIHRC’s engagement with the United Nations and Council of Europe treaty monitoring processes, it presents this submission regarding the UK’s Fifth Periodic Report on compliance with the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UN CRC) to the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child (the Committee). The Commission submitted to the Committee during the Committee’s 72nd session and has developed this submission in line with the List of Issues, taking into account the reply of the State Party.
