Response on devolving corporation tax to Northern Ireland

The UK Treasury proposed to devolve corporation tax powers to Northern Ireland in the consultation document# Rebalancing the Northern Ireland Economy (March 2011).
In its reponse# the Commission highlighted the international human rights standards which are especially relevant to fiscal policy -
- International Covenant on Economic# Social and Cultural Rights# and
- 1961 European Social Charter
