Response to draft programme for government 2011-15

We responded to the Northern Ireland Executive’s draft Programme for Government in February 2012. We recommended a human rights based approach to ensure the best possible outcome for the people of Northern Ireland and explained that this is not any more resource intensive than the current machinery of government demands.
