Submission on Addressing Bullying in Schools Bill

The Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission (the Commission) pursuant to Section 69(4) of the Northern Ireland Act 1998, has a statutory remit to advise the Assembly whether a Bill is compatible with human rights. In accordance with this function the following statutory advice is submitted to the Committee for Education in response to a call for evidence on the Addressing Bullying in Schools Bill.
