Publications - Advice to government

The Commissions advises the Northern Ireland Executive, the United Kingdom Government and Westminster Parliament on legislative and other measures which ought to be taken to protect human rights. It is specifically required to advise the Northern Ireland Assembly whether proposed legislation is compatible with human rights standards.
